Enhancing TotalCare Customer Onboarding
We created a dynamic experience for customers new to LION’s TotalCare service—chiefs, department chiefs, quartermasters and other fire service professionals who are responsible for cleaning, maintenance and repair of their department’s protective gear.
Working with world’s largest manufacturer of firefighter PPE, we created an engaging email, video, and questionnaire that highlight the values that both drive LION’s cutting-edge technology and have enabled them to build a stellar reputation of knowing what matters to first responders for more than a century.
In addition to communications, we developed a branded customer toolkit that not only educates and informs but, because time spent at the firehouse often includes prepping meals, was kitchen-themed to make cooking a breeze.
